    Best heat transfer insulator

    I encuntered a dilemma what to choose as an insulator behind a power transistor. Is it a silicone pad, a mica pad or a ceramic pad.
    Which of these

    Resonant SMPS using L6599

    It's okay, I will try to fix and improve one by one
    I do this just for fun, not being chased by any target

    SMPS with PFC

    Hi Michelle, I forgot to mention something else. If the smps is to be a 2Kw one then the input capacitance shall be larger. A couple of 680uF or better

    Resonant SMPS using L6599

    @Res

    That means your SMPS is not running properly, and I believe that you still have a lot of work to do.

    Good luck

    Resonant SMPS using L6599

    the higher resonant frequency of my smps is 68kHz and the lower is around 30khz.
    my smps works with 50khz to 90khz variable switching frequency
