1kW smps project (based on MicrosiM design)

    Hi all..

First sorry for my bad english..

I am new in this forum and will make a smps for my power amplifier.

MicrosIM will help me for this project.

I'll post here all the steps of my project.

thank you to MicrosiM for help me in this project!

The supply based on diagram posted here :

I already discussed with MicrosiM and wait for updated schématics for my design.

    Schematic

This is the final schematic of the IR2153D, with protection and Under voltage protection

Check, and confirm if you have collected the parts,

The PCB I have made before, dosent include the protection circuit.

    Thank you for schematic,

my supplier has all these components (ETD 49 core with support..) except 2sc and 2sa transistor..

Can replace it with bc or 2n?

the schematic is good for 15v supply? or not? i have a 2 x 9vac 10Va print transformer.

    Thank you very much.

Any pair of 2SC 2SC, same specs for those should work, I never tried BC or 2N, those are easy to find.

yes that 18VAC 10VA transformer is perfect.

I will post PCB modifed for ETD49, witnout the protection circuit

ok, I buy all the parts this week.

    can I use a 4 x 470uF instead one 2200uF capacitor for the primary?

You can send the PCB not updated? I want you inspire me. I will try my PCB. I have already done a lot of pcb but I have never done SMPS power supply. I do not know the track width and design for frequency and power. I use the EAGLE software.

once the project finishes I'll post pcb for all want realize this smps.

    edit :

this is the right ETD core?
