    full bridge controller

    Hi,
is there some newer alternative to SG3525? I would like to use something that has current-mode control and wide enought dead time (say 1-2us), like the SG3846, but I cannot find a working pspice model for that.

Have you tried looking at the UC/SG 3825, thats a voltage/current mode controller (and it can do your DT requirement) and I happen to have LTspice models for it if your interested.

TBH most of these chips have very badly defined deadtimes and if you want someting accurate select on test is required even then they are apt to drift! One of the reasons I went digital for some applications but thats another story
