Does anyone know the picture of the transformers wingdings design?
Thanks

it seems at first step i should replace secondary winding with copper sheet to see what happend.hope that solves snubber problem!
in case of increase
I think you are referring for the snubber across the primary winding. This is there to suppress any spikes generated during switch off of every cycle.
Silvio 12-05-2019, 09:39 PMthank you again
i going to use copper sheet instead of round wire for test
i think about another way:increase freqquency to 100 KHz and reduce
About this project , i checked separately every stage , NCP1653 in Data Sheet has same conections as on this schematic only inductor everywhere is 600uH,
Marshall 12-05-2019, 11:18 AMAt the current of 20A these effects will surely come out and that is the reason of the extreme heat. I suggest you wrap 4 wires at a time and make 6 bundles.
Silvio 12-05-2019, 09:28 AMthank you very much Silvio
wire is made of one bundle of 22 strands.but they are not parallel and they wrapped together so for example in one strand
I guess you want to check the schematic for any errors correct? If that is so please post a larger image of the schematic as it is too small to see it
Silvio 12-04-2019, 09:56 PMThe wire for secondary with 22 wires 0.55mm can surely carry the 20 amps needed. I am assuming that the winding get hot during a load of 20 amps. I
Silvio 12-04-2019, 09:49 PMHello, i think everything is ok about power supply , there is no errors, you can see on this one ..

I use this schematic for a 700 watt power supply.output voltage is 36v and current is 20amps.the core is etd44/freq is 50KHZ/primary is 30 turns
