Hi Norazmi.I hope you want to modify your pcb design using totem and more than 1 pairs final fets.your thin pcb track may be effective to reduce noise.

yeah,Rookiex.like that.but I need the pcb layout now.do you have the pcb design for such schem?

hi rockie nice attempt .
1.the first thing please use nice class d fets like

irfb23n15,irf540z,irfb4227, please try to avoid irfp250
2.q23,q24,q25,q26 use bc327
3.d6 and d9 use batxxx schotky diode
4.remove 12vlts zener d19 all time i used it ,it failed.
5.increase the value of r12 resistor dead time to about 390ohms-420ohms
5.d20 you can use mur120
6.d17,d18 use 12vlts for the op amp

7 very important to note . instead of parallel many fets use hi power one like irfb4227 . a single pair can support 2ohms at +/-80vlts .remove the bd 139/140 totem drive direct from q24and q26

glad to hear it.I'm waiting the next reviews.mine nearly finished.almost same scheme with yours.only no pre amp at the input section.I've tried Acca's design the gdt version with LM393.very simple but hifi sound.soft and clean mid treble.powerfull with tight bass.using 90vdc ct 5amp supply.gdt version for mosfet gate driver.very easy to built.now I want to try full discrette version.I've not tried IR version.because its easy damage if final fets shorted.the same thinking with you..hehe

hi jimmy please post photos

I plan to try this pcb layout,I got it from unsound.com,but its no schem.some parts have not values.seem its a very simple D amp.

Hi All

simple self osc. FULL BAND fsw=450KHz UCD no other complication, you can add protection later. change with high voltage MOSFET (500V) supply +140V & -140V you will get 2000W.

Hi.Manojtm,do you have the pcb layout for this schem.I like to try it

guys i have decided to go back to basics fully discreet. i liked this amp but the only set back was it never handled well high voltage the outputs were heating . but if i have to bridge at low voltage like +/-55vlts i prefer this amp to the others here are my layouts . i have ordered smd resistors but before they arrive here is what i am up to. i will post components and bom later. have fun

Hi Stewin.please upload parts placement of the layout
Thanks.
