Another Complete Project for IR2153D SMPS

I have just found it on my PC!!!

Enjoy!

I never built this model. either the PCB

Friend of mine sent me this long time ago, it only needs to take a look at it, before you build it

its READY MADE PCB. And it looks to me it was used in commercial things!

I have more schematics close to this, You have to check part values with me before proceeding


it also USES the ETD49 Vertical Version!!


No need for TOP switch chip, check the IR21532 PDF, there is a supply from +320V with resistor, to eliminate the need for AUX transformer, then Supply will be from the MAIN switching transformer.


Any one will check this, or will decide to make it, may make me interested into help
Lets see if any one can dig into this!

Thanks for your interest, if you make this SMPS it will be very nice from you.

Make the PCB, then I will start with you from scratch!

Make sure you have the parts, same parts.

Also do you have ETD49-Vertical Version?

Attached winding details!

Be careful, D1 in the SMPS is VERY critical, see attached datasheets for the required diode!

Want you share the formula of calculate N/v of transformator ferrite mr admin??

It's the smps from the EMX5000 Yamaha mixer;)

it is tricky and hard to use tl494 or sg3525 directly in offline applications i.e 110-230vlts. thats why ir company made the gate drive ic . you can also use the tl494 or sg3525 with transformer gate drive if you dont like ic. but having worked with ic i like them despite the cost .

It would be very interesting to see the PCB of this SMPS, either in PDF (all layers, preferably!) or else just good photos.
Do you have that to share with us?
Can you see if there is a double layer card or more?

thank you. i thought that it could be a power supply,but i haven't understood why it is not connected directly to grid Neutral and Live. i compared it to yamaha schematics later,there it is connected just like that.
