I need a DC-DC CONVERTER 24V TO 400V 10A
Can you help me with a schema?
I want to use SG3524 or SG3525 and ETD59 or ETD49 transformers :w)

ETD59 is too small for 4KW.
You need two large toroids for this bigger than 50mm in diameter.

I do not know another high frequency transformer higher than ETD59.
Can you give me a model for 4KW?
The diagram above is 4 x EE42-20 transformers outputs connected in series and provide an output power of 2KW.
EE42-20 is much smaller than ETD59 :ambivalence:

Inevitably you have to split to 3 or 4 trafos. This will also help to drive the fets easier.
I dont have any ETD type to recommend, the moment i quit using ETDs and started with torroids,
i got lots of power.

I believe you could do it with 2 ETD59s, the only issue would likely be winding space. 2000W each = 24V @ 83A

hello, please how can I oscillate sg3525 at 156khz oscillator frequency.what values of resistors and a capacitor should I use as RT, CT,and RD to obtain 156khz oscillator frequency from SG3525.can RT=9k,CT =102 and RD=39 ohm's give 156khz.your input is highly appreciated.thanks

In order to get 156Khz at any output of the SG3525, you must run the SG3525 at 312Khz.

And you can use the formula included in the datasheets.

I want the SG3525 to out put 156khz oscillator frequency,so that my switching frequency will be 78khz.please since you know it do the maths for me.thanks
