1. The boost converter with the following specifications:
One of the following IC circuit: TL 494 or SG3525 OR SG3524 or MC34063 or UC3843 OR UC3842
VI=5
VO=15
FS(MOS)=30KHZ
IO=2A OR 3A

2. The bUCK converter with the following specifications:
One of the following IC circuit: TL 494 or SG3525 OR SG3524 or MC34063 or UC3843 OR UC3842
VI=15
VO=5
FS(MOS)=30KHZ
IO=2A OR 3A

3. The (BUCK/boost) converter with the following specifications:
One of the following IC circuit: TL 494 or SG3525 OR SG3524 or MC34063 or UC3843 OR UC3842
FS(MOS)=30KHZ
IO=2A OR 3A
The input voltage to the desired output

for buck converter may be you can try LM2596 from TI

and for boost converter LM2577 from TI or XL6009 from XLsemi

LM2596 and LM2577 I do not want to do
One of my goals waveform display various waveforms were on display at the integrated circuit such as a square pulse or saw tooth, etc.
I am currently setting up an e-learning board
Integrated circuit you mention above on any of their output this waveform is not so named by my IC must be used
If you can help us

from datasheet
uc3842 : needs 16v startup treshold
uc3843 : needs 8,4v startup treshold
TL494 : recommended min voltage : 7v, turn on voltage :6,43v
SG3525 : recommended min voltage : 8v, udervoltage lockout :7v
so i think you cannot use them with 5v VIN

MC34063 can run with vin from 3 to 40 volt so i think you can use it, onsemi datasheet shows complete application example for boost and buck converter
