what if we want to load the amp with 1Ω load?
Do you think +/-50VDC and +/-100VDC is ok?

Regarding your question Sir, I think we better ask microsim and kanwar since they are the designer of the circuit. but as what I read on this thread it was tested on a 2Ω load but not with 1Ω load.

the amplifier will enter protection @ 1R, I don't know why you plan to use 1R load!

Regards

If you use four 4 ohm speakers in parallel, you get 1 ohm. This way each speaker gets around 500W.

I think of using MJL4302A and MJL4281A.

An amplifier that can drive a 4ohms speaker should be able to drive a 2r0 test load and preferably drive a 1r3 test load without entering IV limiting, nor should the output voltage collapse into the test load resistances.

If this amplifier cannot drive less than 2r0 then it should be classed at >= 4ohms capable, not as 2ohms capable.

Ultra: You could do a multihannel 1kw or 500w instead of setting 4 speakers in parallel. I would never like more than 2 in parallel, as if that amp channel goes down, all speaker goes down, and i prefere some sound though lower powered to nothing at all.
