How to determine core type

Hi all.
This is my first post on this forum. I have some projects with smps in my mind, but about them later. The first thing i can't find info on is - how to determine core type for transformers soldered out from old/broken smps? I have few of them some are from PC PS some from other electronic equipment. Some transformers have some info written on them, but I can't find info on them. For example these two. Can you tell me what cores they have or any other info from the labels on them?

It seems to be an EE type core, like szhighstar. However, as I have already took some SMPS transformer out of PC PSU, I would say that it can be an EI type too.

Regards.
