max output voltage in this config

what is the max output voltage in this diagram config if using tl494 driving ir2110 and vdd, vcc is 12V and VMOSV is 60V DC ?

Sixty volts. Q1 pulls to VMOSV (60v) and Q2 pulls to Gnd (0v).

Is this a driver for another stage?
