Hi,
in the last months i worked on a Fullbridge amp with a single supply.
This is the Result:
First i tried it with Sawtooth + Comparator - PWM, but it didnt work so well,
because there was a hearable noise.
And i dint find out where the problem was.
Then i changed the Modulator to self oscillating, with LT1016.
Now there is no more noise i can hear (oscillating at 280kHz).
Only problem was loud noise, when i connected my phone to play music.
But increasing the resistor values at the input solved the problem.
Two IR2110 are driving 4 IRFB5620 at ca. 50V. ((@
I will use it to drive 300W 4ohm active speakers.
And also for a sub (450W 8 ohm), but with just 50-100khz, and maybe IRFP250.
With proper Fets and Power Supply it should deliver plenty of power... (maybe 1kW at 4ohm)
The board is only 7cm * 10cm
