Hi all
i have found this schematic in this forum
(the second one, the bad quality)
it was said that this is a low noise, high eff. adjustable lab smps with adj. current limiting
so i decided to redraw it and mod it
i am quite lazy so i just copied the the values
the transformer primary will be 22 turns CT on etd49 core it will work at 200khz
i was too lazy to add the output filter
(the first, high quality)
the IGBT is IRGPS40B120UP
http://www.google.bg/url?sa=t&rct=j&...6Z6Npw5gD0-LoA

so, is it going to work
if not tell me how to do it

microsim, as i heard you are the master of etd49

Are you looking for 100V @25A SMPS from the 220VAC line?

the schematics are not clear...

Yes 220vac
look at the first one
the modded one
also this smps is adjustable 2.5-100v 0.1-25a -the designer said it
it also regulates the negative pole
my question is is it going to work
i will need help with the transformer

Its impossible for me to anticipate if this SMPS will work or not.

I can help you with the transformer design once you plan to start the project.

a friend of mine told me what are the errors
i fixed them
so
it will work
he tried it with simulator

so
the transformer is working at 400vdc from PFC
the size does'n matter
i could use etd 59
at lower freq.
around 100khz or something

I presume that you have the experience to make this project, playing with 340VDC or 400VDC is not a Joke at all !! :x:

Trying to make such SMPS from an unrecognised schematic or circuit is a serious challenge. :x:

I advice you to read this file before you start making this project. :x:

Good luck
