hi microsim.
i replace the resistors with half watt resistor but same problem. in both pcbs those resistors burned. i checked the transistors but transitors ok.
the amp is working in this condition,

I am sorry because you are facing this problem in both PCBs, but I want you to double check that the PCBs you have made is a clone of the LAST one I have posted, not the first, as you remember there was a problem.

Also check your solder, transistors directions, Diodes every thing

Let me know results please

OK

try to inspect PCB tracks, and make sure they are ALL working, no cuts while etching PCB.

Also let me know if you are using same parts, as per parts LIST

hi microsim.
i am using 2sc5200,a1943 instead mjl numbers, c4793,a1837 instead mje15032,33-,bf469,70 instead kf469,70.

Hi,
Do you have the lyt from proteus of this amp? If you don't want to send that's ok, i know it is your project. I just asked it because i can make a board at my college with the files.

Thanks in advance

If you wish to redraw the whole design using any software and make it available for all. that wont be a problem

In refrence to the hard work done by Jozi and Kubo, and the gift they gave to diysmps

I have made this roubust amplifier, I was inspired with the results.

Outstanding sound quality, Detailed output, Clean Sonics! Clarity in sound

I enjoyed the music with that amplifier.

Below some technical data about it, diysmps have complete permissions of that design and amplifier.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Technical parameters of the amplifier

Supply voltage: max. + / - 63V

Maximum output power: 250W/4R, 160W/8R

Frequency response: 10 to 220 000Hz/-3dB

Harmonic distortion: 0.019% in 250W/1kHz; 0.037% at 250W/10kHz

Intermodulation distortion: 0.048% at 200W / 80 +7 kHz 5:1

Input Sensitivity: 1V @ 250W/4R

Input impedance: 15kOhm
Current protection: 2x6, 3A fast fuses
Speed during SR: 45V/us
Min. impedance: 4R
Sensitivity : + /-2V
PCB Dimensions: 168x95 mm

Amplifier includes protection on same PCB
the protection is excellent but once i tried two boards with no success
