The best amplifier i have ever listened too..i am glad to present you the Dx Blame

is due to time constants about charge or electrolitic condensers we have in the circuit...this is because current that feeds a condenser...for instance, if you have a 12 volts regulator..from the main voltage that powers your unit, to the input, or an integrated circuit input circuit, then you will have a resistance that feeds the series pass regulator...this resistance (from base to colector) charges an electrolitic condenser..this takes time..and while this happens the output circuit is unballanced, all circuit is charging and voltages is reaching the stability..while the circuit is going to stabilize it shows you a variable DC voltage in the output...this variable voltage will decay till the stable point that is a couple of milivolts...when this happens you will see the speaker moving and the power on thump will be heard.

Carlos

Thank you for your help.
Obrigado pela ajuda

Your edit time is finished dear Tiago, you must ask Sami to let you edit

This way you will be able to replace the images you want to replace.

Forum image sistem is very good.... very free....very nice and efficient, also friendly to operate...it is very "brazilian" in the style, as it is free, no size limits...or...the limit is very large....usually this forum does not denny to us to publish big pictures (Megabytes) or the ones have a lot of pixels...only Sami can let you edit after your edit timing is finished.... we have some minutes after we submit to edit...after this time our edition is blocked and only Sami can make it free again to make changes.

um abraço,

Carlos

That is a fantastic effort. I love these unique styled amplifiers. Please send my congratulations to Weber for his quality and unique work. I especially like the home made braided wire.

Permission to build the Kit

Dear Carlos,

I want to ask your permission to build this Power Amplifier. I am new in this forum. Let me introduce myself. I'm sartono from Indonesia.
If you don't mind, could you tell me what kind of DX Blame should I build since there is many type of DX Blame. Thank You.

for MicroSim, Thank you for accepting me in this forum.

Regards,
Sartono

hi dx i revisited this blame amp and it is amazing . i am using +/-15vlts 2amps my load is 4ohms very clear the bass also very defined and tight, and surprisingly does not have pop sound when i power it .
very nice silent also no noise at all even at extremely low volume it is silent and the audio quality amazing at those low volumes . planning to get a large former maybe 7 amps at +/- 35vlts .

i want more power at 4 ohms per side which amp project can you suggest for me ? one which is simple, clear and has more power ? pls bear with me i will post photos once i get camera

Wow! I took a look at your website and I gotta say, you got some pretty impressive stuff on there! I think I'm gonna have to build myself one of these things! good work!

Here you have some images from the Dx Blame...called also ES and ST because some modifi***ions and different sonic signature..the first to all music style, the second for classical

Hello Carlos! Your design is left to me the eye and the plan is also to build one of thes in the near future. You're probably familiar with the design of Symasym 5? Would be interesting to hear that, how You appreciate this solution?
I put it together today, change of SMPS headaches:":: and honestly say this is a very pleasant sound picture.
How do you comment on this solution and what do you recommend Your own solutions what I could try ?

Best regards

I'm tempted to build one with no modifications or hi-end parts. Compared to the low TIM amp, what should I expect about sonics?

Good day Carlos and the rest of you.

My name is Cedric, I am from South Africa. I have been watching and reading this thread for a while now and I'm very interested in building the amplifier. In fact, I have already printed boards, just need time to get the rest of it done. Will keep you guys posted.

I have just one question and hoping someone can tell me, what is the maximum DC voltage the DX Blame ST can handle?

@ Destroyer x, thank you for sharing your amazing knowledge of amplifier design and building. I appreciate your effort and willingness to help and share your knowledge.

Regards
Cedric
