Hello dear forum,
I'm new here and ask for help.
I am Electrician with experience in repair Microcontroller and Television.
but I've never made a transformer hands.
I have two Yamaha amplifier at a party one of the power supply it is spoiling.
Yamaha Amplifier Model P4050 is the bone 4 Channel
4 x 50Watt pro chanel in 8 Ohm
2 x 140Watt in bridge.
I have the service manual and schematic, the transistors 2SC4140 and 2SC3890 were damaged and defect trimmer potentiometer 100 Ohm.
the changes and made comparison measuring with the oscilloscope and can never compare to the other when I thought I was already in working frequency and to remove the lamp 230 volt 50 watt wore to protention directly volt to spoil other time, change other Once transistors and leave only the lamp protecion and other like putting a lamp as fillers, after a moments returned to Broken.
I have my doubts that is, the power supply hat 2 x SHC5003
SELF-OSCILLATING HALF-BRIDGE DRIVER SHC5003 and can not find data're integrated circuit.
Remove the power supply of the other Yamaha and test whether the preamplifier and power amplifier parts working and all is correct.
unfortunately there is not enough space for a conventional transformer and
Now, my idea is to make a SMPS.
+ 35V and -35V 5Amp, and I thought of myself this http://danyk.cz/iz_2_35_en.html
or this http://danyk.cz/iz350_en.html with proteccion,
My doubts,
as the coils is wound?
first primary coil and above secunadarias?
If someone did ask for help.
Maybe someone has a ready-made board?
thank you very much for any help
