HI
i can not find magnetic product here
i want use ZP42915TC but can not find it
my input voltage is 9 VDC in minimum and 14 VDC in maximum
FREQ is 50KHZ
topology is push pull
input current is 100A
out put voltage is + - 30 VDC 10A and + - 55 VDC 6A and + - 15 VDC 2A
i can find EE55 from thredelta and T157-33 from micrometals in here
thanks for your helping dear

I simply introduce design process for push pull
1.Select core dimension according to power and work frequency
2. Select bobbin according to dimension requirement, either vertical or horizontal, either pin through or SMD configuration.
3.Select work work magnetic flux density.
4.Calculate turns of primary winding
5.Calculate turns of secondary winding.
6.Calculate diameter of primary winding.
7.Calculate diameter of secondary winding.
8. Design configuration of winding according to safety requirement.
9.Try to make samples to estimate
10.Optimize design according to testing result
11.Make offical samples
12.Normal testing and Reliability testing.
13.Submit samples and specification and quotation, finishing the item.

1. i dont know how many powre can handel T157-33 therfore i select EE55 beacuse can handel about 1200 watt in 50KHZ
2. i have enoffe space and i select horizontal beacuse can find it and it is pin through
3. how can select this and what is this indeed ?
4. ?
5. ?
6. ?
7. ?
8. please give me more information about this
9. ok
10. ok
11. ok
12. ok
13. ok
please hellp me to solve my problem

4.V=L*di/dt=N*dBS/dt, V is min Dc voltage, B is work magnetic flux density, S is core cross section area, t is turn on time, N is turns
5.Ns/Np=Vout/Vin*1-ton/ton
6.d=I/J, d is section area of wire, I is Irms, J is current density, for transformer, J is 3-5A/mm^2
7.same as 6
