Winding details, core use is EI33 or EI35 from old psu.

Primary - 2 x 2 turns awg 28(40 strands) stranded wire.
Secondary - 6 x 6 turns awg 28 (16 strands) wire.

First wind 2 turn primary from "c" to "e". (Clockwise)
Second wind 2 turn primary from "e" to "d".(anticlockwise)

for secondary.

1. wind 6 turn from "q" to "r"(Clockwise)
2. wind 6 turn from "r" to "s"(anticlockwise)

- u can do wind first all for Primary and follow by all secondary for simple winding.

PCB dimension:

Main board will be : 100 x 72 [mm]

Driver: (SG3525): 46 x 41 [mm]
Driver: (SG3524): 45 x 40 [mm]

its very compact pcb :D .

If I use a frequency of 60khz what's the values of the R and C for the snubber filter?

I think the transformer is running close to 60khz.

sg3524
pins 6 and 7
6.8K, 1nF
130khz / 2 = 65khz at transformer

So you would use his values on the schematic, or fine tune them with a scope.

Hi All, I'm interested on building this Car SMPS. If supply voltage is 24Volt DC, what component should I change ?
Thank for reply..
