How to calculate ferrite transformer core size for a push-pull SMPS?

problem here is the shops that stock cores here have mostly chinese made ones and very
little information i am trying to make a simple gate transformer for my smps
Can suggest cores from an old ATX power supply , you can take EE19 core ( PC40 material), or better - the ring core used for the common mode choke . (something like N30 and T38 materials )
Here I tried different kinds , all work well , but the best is on the 10000 permability ring and wound with Litz wire. (the one on the right)

Do you know what music power factor means?((@
A constant power supply of 200W can handle up to 500-700W music power.:D

Customer requirement calls for 2 x 350W stereo amp powering 2 speakers of 350 W each. Are you suggesting that for these conditions we actually need only 2 x 250 W constant power supply? Is SMPS = 50% of music power a rule of thumb?

greetings this is the core that i want to use P MATERIAL ZP44916TC as you can see its being used in smps made in china
whats the advantage of this core over ETD and EE CORES
