I advice you to get same parts.

And to assemble the amplifier on basic board first, and test EVERY section. you can use any diodes on hands for testing, if you make it working, I can give more details

Regarding the ISOLATED supply, you can use Multi output transformer for the MOSFET drivers.
+15VDC

You can merge the two designs together!!

Try to inspire ideas from both, and make a robust class-D amplifier

Its very simple and robust drive technique, and its ISOLATED!!!
