Yes LTV817 can be use, i`m on the way to complete it in pdf format. I`ll not post full ucd schema as we already have it, which will take long time to finish, i`ll post full protection scheme with explanation how to connect them.

here is the full protection schematic, pcb and artwork. Please check value for each component before test it, recommended testing for first time with +/- 25 vdc. Wrong component value will cause OCP fail to operate and mosfet also failed. But once its working you will never failed and burn mosfet anymore .

I`ll update later with OVP and UVP PLUS thermal protection, idk if u guys need it or not, it may go with more complex, more component of course. I think maybe some ppls need fully protection, and some just want simple, so i just include it and u can choose which is suiteable for you.

i don't think so. i've been using some form of protection circuit for most of my amps and they don't affect any perceptible sound quality difference to me.

my current bridged module powering my speaker setup consists of these modules:

one with protection and one without. they both sound similar to me. but the peace of mind knowing that the speakers are protected if should the amp fail in any way is unbeatable. i previously got 2 of my midrange burned because one of the modules (without dc protect) shorted the tab to ground.

greetings i like your ocp protect want to make it just want to know
1 i plan to use 3 pairs in output section FDA90N20 power output about 2.5kw
my supply will be 72 volts dc each rail any TWEAKS on your ocp do you suggest
as this is new to me hope project is sucessful like your VEDIO its 2 good

Sameer better 2 pairs 90n20 same cost 4 pairs irfp260 pcb little, but exelent design,finish it and share to test ,may by add dc protect the same your other pcb ;-)

Greatt Michele, i see a litle mistake, i can see the 47k resistor 1 pairs transistor (2,2k x2, 120 ohm ,and 47k) are values very good design the capacitors direct to mosfets exelent...
