here is the full protection schematic, pcb and artwork. Please check value for each component before test it, recommended testing for first time with +/- 25 vdc. Wrong component value will cause OCP fail to operate and mosfet also failed. But once its working you will never failed and burn mosfet anymore .

Hi,

Where can I connect the SD and P1, P2 terminals of the OCP?
VCC is connected to the +V of UCD and GND is connected to ground of UCD amp right?

hi there michelle. may i ask how much inductance that you got from the toroid? looks very few loop around the toroid.
and it would be much appreciated if you could post the schematic and pcb.

Does it oscillate only when music signal is active? (like Hypex)

I finished pair of irs3000 amps also, wow, works like charm, sound is clear and powerfull, and only on +-55V, but it will go on +-80..I will post some pics. later..

Norazmi, thank you for your scheme post.I had analyzing and comparing your schematic with all other similar,the points scored in the image should not be changed? Green = green,ande yellow = yellow?Or your pcb is correct?Great regard.
